Our story began with a simple dream: to share the bold, authentic flavors and joyful spirit of Puerto Rican cuisine with our hometown. As passionate food lovers and proud members of Cortland, we saw an opportunity to create a space where locals and visitors alike could savor the diverse, mouthwatering dishes that define Latin gastronomy.

Our Menu Highlights:

• Mofongo – Mashed plantains combining savory richness with authentic island flavor.
• Arroz con Gandules – A classic rice dish with pigeon peas and aromatic spices, a true Puerto Rican staple.
• Pernil – Tender, slow-roasted pork marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices.
• Chicken Stew– Tender, juicy chicken simmered to perfection in a rich tomato based sauce. 
• Tripleta – A delicious trio of meats topped with our famous Bamba Sauce, served over fries, sweet plantains, tostones, or on a bun.
• Desserts – Indulge in our Tres Leches cake (vanilla, or chocolate), traditional Puerto Rican cake, Quesito, Guava pastries, and our Famous Flans. 
• Drinks– Indulge in our refreshing Piña Colada or our tropical juices such as Passion Fruit, Guava, Soursop, Mango, Tamarind, Pineapple or our Coconut Water.
